We supply to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, NGOs, and individuals. Bulk orders for hospitals get special pricing.
All our equipment is brand new with manufacturer warranty. We also offer certified refurbished units on request.
Yes. For ICU, OR, and ward equipment like infusion pumps and suction machines, we provide free onsite training and user manuals
Yes. Most devices come with 1–2 years manufacturer warranty covering parts and service.

Bank transfer, LPO for hospitals, and installment plans for bulk orders
In-stock items: 3–5 working days. Special order / imported items: 2–4 weeks for cargo, 2–3 months for container shipments. We’ll confirm lead time when you get your quote.
Yes. We work with outside biomedical engineers for repair, calibration, and spare parts for all brands we sell, on a payment basis.
Yes. All equipment is MCA/MOH compliant depending on the brand. Certificates are provided on request.
Standard 220–240V. Most ICU equipment like suction machines and infusion pumps also have rechargeable battery backup
Yes, we provide user manuals with every unit.
No, we currently don’t offer rental or leasing — all equipment is sold outright.

Yes. We are registered vendors for MOH, NGOs, and private hospitals, and we provide full tender documentation.
Portable = battery-powered, for homecare and ambulance use. Stationary = higher suction power, for OR and ICU. We’ll help you choose based on your department.
Syringe pumps are built for accurate small doses — the standard choice for ICU and anesthesia use. Tell us your caseload and we’ll recommend the right model.
Yes. We supply equipment plus all disposables and accessories, so you can order from one vendor.
We provide a replacement machine as soon as possible while yours is assessed or repaired.
